I didn’t start out trying to build some big system. I was just testing things and seeing what stuck. I tried a few platforms that didn’t work for me at all.
Then, almost by accident, Pinterest and YouTube started working together in a way that felt simple and calm. No rush. No stress. And somehow it now brings me around 178 dollars a day on most normal days.
Nothing about this is fancy. It’s just small actions done again and again.
What I do on Pinterest
Pinterest is more like a search engine than a social app. People go there looking for ideas they already want.
That’s why it works. I make simple pins about things people search for all the time. Online work, small income ideas, tools that save time, stuff like that.
My pins are basic. Clear words. No heavy design. I don’t try to make them look perfect. I just make sure someone can understand what it’s about in one glance.
Each pin leads to one of my YouTube videos or a small page that explains the same topic.
Some pins do nothing. Then one pin suddenly starts getting saves and clicks every day. When that happens, traffic just keeps coming without me touching it again.
How YouTube fits in
YouTube is where the money really shows up. I make short videos about the same things I post on Pinterest. Not long, not over-edited. Just me explaining something I actually tried or learned.

The ads bring in a little. Not much by themselves. The real part comes from the links under the videos. I link to tools I use, small products I made, or pages that pay me a commission when someone signs up or buys.
So when Pinterest sends people to my videos, some of them watch, some click, and a few end up buying or signing up. That’s where the income builds.
How both platforms work together
Pinterest brings the people. YouTube builds trust.
Someone sees a pin. They click. They watch a video. They hear me explain something in a normal way. That makes them more likely to try what I mention or click a link.
I don’t push anything. I just say what I use and why. If it helps them, great. If not, they move on. But enough people do click that it adds up.
On an average day, the mix of ad money and link commissions comes close to 178 dollars. Some days are lower. Some days are higher. But this is where it usually sits when I stay consistent.
What my day actually looks like
I don’t work all day. I make a few pins. I upload or schedule a video if I have one ready. I check comments. That’s pretty much it.
Most of the work was done earlier when I made the content. After that, it just keeps running in the background.
What I’ve learned from this
You don’t need to be loud. You don’t need to look perfect. You just need to show up with something useful and keep doing it even when the numbers are small.
Pinterest is slow at first, but when something clicks, it sticks for a long time. YouTube takes patience, but once videos are out there, they keep working for you.
I used to think making money online had to feel stressful. This doesn’t. It feels quiet. Almost boring. And somehow that’s what makes it work.
So yeah, that’s how Pinterest and YouTube earn me around 178 dollars a day. Not magic.
Not hype. Just simple work done over time, finally paying back in a way that fits my life.
